Roadmap

As the Evolv platform evolves, several enhancements and new features are planned to be integrated into the system. These developments are aimed at expanding the platform's capabilities, improving user experience, and ensuring scalability.

Planned Features and Enhancements

1. Composable Traits

Future Integration: The ability to equip composable traits will be introduced, allowing users and creators to customize digital artifacts with additional attributes and features, enhancing their interactivity and value.

2. Ticketing and Payments

Phase 2 Implementation: The introduction of integrated ticketing and payment systems will facilitate direct transactions within the app, supporting event registrations and purchases seamlessly.

3. Role-Based Access and User Management

Enhanced Security and Efficiency: In Phase 2, role-based access controls will be further refined to ensure that users have appropriate permissions tailored to their responsibilities. This will enhance security and operational efficiency across the platform.

4. Automatic Reward Redemption

Preventing Duplicate Claims: To improve the reward distribution system, once a reward is scanned and given by the ground team, it will be automatically marked as redeemed in the system. This will prevent multiple claims for the same reward, ensuring fairness and accuracy in reward distribution.

5. Multiple Collections and Event Management

Scalable Collection Management: The backend will be designed to support multiple collections under a single event in the future. While currently, an event like "808 at 808.evolv.art" will host only one live collection with older versions archived, the system will evolve to manage multiple active collections, enhancing the platform's flexibility and user engagement.

6. Customizable Traits by Promoters

Increased Promoter Control: In future updates, promoters will be given the capability to add their custom images as traits, allowing for more personalized and brand-specific artifact customization.

7. Performance Data for Ground Staff

Monitoring and Improvement: The inclusion of performance data tracking for ground staff will help in monitoring their efficiency and effectiveness during events. This data will be instrumental in making informed decisions to improve operational processes and staff performance.

Preservation and Accessibility

Archiving and Data Preservation: Older events and collections will be archived in such a way that they are no longer visible to the public but preserved in the backend. This ensures that historical data is accessible for analytical and regulatory purposes.
