The Operator Application is a dedicated web application designed for use by the ground team and brand members at physical locations like events, stores, etc. It enables efficient scanning of QR codes to distribute rewards and perform user verifications, streamlining operations and enhancing the event experience for attendees.

Functionality

System Access

Login Requirements: Members of the brand ground team are required to log in to the system using secure credentials. This step ensures that only authorized personnel have access to the application and the functionalities it offers.

QR Code Scanning

• QR Verifier Selection: Upon logging in, ground team members select a QR verifier from a list. This verifier is specifically configured to read and process the QR codes associated with the event or festival, linking them directly to the user profiles and their entitled rewards or verifications.

• Scanning Process: The application uses the camera of a mobile device or tablet to scan the QR codes presented by fans. The scan retrieves the user’s profile and any associated tasks or rewards they are eligible for.

Reward Distribution and Verification

• Immediate Verification: The application immediately verifies the validity of the scanned QR code against the event database, ensuring the user’s eligibility for any claims.
