The Reward Management System within the Evolv ecosystem is designed to facilitate the creation, distribution, and management of rewards for user engagement and loyalty initiatives. This system provides brands with the ability to customize rewards, manage inventory, and define redemption processes, integrates various operational stages and options for comprehensive reward management, ensuring a seamless experience for both the brand and the users.
This Enables brands to create rewards with specific attributes.
Name and Details: Brands can specify the name and detailed descriptions of each reward.
Images: Visual representations of rewards can be uploaded to enhance appeal and recognition.
Types: Rewards can vary in type, in Evolv ecosystem rewards are categorized in 4 major types: Experiences, IRL gifts, Skip the Queue, Upgrades and 5th type - Discount codes is coming soon.
Manages and updates the stock levels of rewards.
Brands can track the quantity of each reward available, adjust inventory levels, and set notifications for low stock to ensure rewards are always available for redemption.
Manages the lifecycle and visibility of rewards within the platform.
Draft: The initial state of a reward when it is created, allowing for setup and adjustments before public release.
Published: Rewards are active and available for users to unlock and redeem. Once published, rewards cannot return to the draft state and can only be moved to the archived state.
Archived: Rewards in this state are no longer available for new unlocks. Their details are immutable, but promoters can access historical data, including a list of users who have claimed these rewards, for further engagement and analysis.
Manages how rewards are unlocked by users and the subsequent redemption processes.
Unlocking Mechanisms: Rewards can be unlocked through various mechanisms such as first-come-first-served (FCFS), raffles, or leaderboards.
Redemption Processes: Defines how rewards are redeemed by users, which can be online (via links, transfers, or coupons) or offline (through manual or automated issuance at physical locations).
Allows for the setting of specific conditions under which rewards become available for unlocking.
Selective Quest Completion: Some rewards may require users to complete specific quests before they can be unlocked.
Gating or Exclusive Rewards: Rewards can be gated behind certain conditions, such as reaching a particular level of activity or participation in a specific event, ensuring that only eligible users can access them.
Manages the expiration dates and maintenance of reward conditions.
Expiry Dates: Brands can set expiration dates for each reward, after which the reward cannot be unlocked or redeemed.
Maintenance Updates: Allows for the adjustment of conditions and settings of rewards based on performance analytics or changes in strategy.
Each reward type in the RMS is designed to enrich the user experience by bridging the gap between virtual brand assets and tangible benefits. This system not only enhances interactivity but also promotes user loyalty through engaging and exclusive rewards.
Metadata: Reward images, description, expiry date, point of contact (email/phone), and raffle details.
Process: Users spend points to enter a raffle, which remains open until the specified expiry date. Multiple re-entries are allowed. Intimidation email with next steps and contact details will be sent. A form to collect winner’s contact details (name, email, phone number) is required.
Redemption: Verification and reward allocation are conducted via a promoter application that scans user QR codes.

Redemption: Promoters' ground teams distribute rewards by scanning user QR codes. Rewards are archived once inventory is depleted.

Process: Points can be spent for VIP lane access or ticket upgrades.
Redemption: Verification is done by scanning users' QR codes at entry points.
Metadata: Images, description, expiry date, and contact details.
Process: Points are used for ticket upgrades.
Redemption: Promoters verify existing tickets and provide upgraded tickets by scanning QR codes.
