The Evolv platform aims to enhance the Artifact Creation System by addressing existing limitations and introducing a more dynamic, customizable approach. This phase will shift from the traditional avatar-based artifacts to a more modular and visually engaging system called the "canvas," which allows for greater flexibility and user interaction.

Problems with the Current System

  1. Limited Customization: Current avatars are challenging to configure and support, offering limited customizability and appeal.

  2. User Confusion: Users often do not understand the gamified nature of their avatars, reducing engagement.

  3. Repetitiveness: Multiple launches can feel homogeneous over time, diminishing user interest.

  4. Branding Limitations: There is restricted scope for branding, and creating appealing avatars with a few traits involves substantial effort from brands.

Making Artifact Modular

  1. Modular System: Introduce a plug-and-play setup that simplifies the integration of brand-specific assets into the artifact system.

  2. Enhanced Customizability: Lower the barriers to customization, allowing brands to easily add and modify their assets.

  3. Visual Engagement: Transform the artifact interaction into a visual game that motivates and excites users.

  4. Fallback Options: Implement fallback options for rewards to ensure a consistent user experience even if specific brand configurations are absent.

  5. Expanded Branding Opportunities: Provide ample branding options to enable distinct and memorable artifacts.

  6. Uniqueness in Each Launch: Ensure each launch results in a unique artifact, enhancing collectibility and user interest.

Retained Features from geneisis system

  1. Background as Canvas: The background feature is transformed into a canvas, offering a blank slate for creativity.

  2. Layers and Traits: Maintain the use of layers and the concept of traits, now rebranded as stickers, to preserve the composability of the system.

  3. Reward/Quest Mapping: Continue the integration of rewards and quests with artifact traits, ensuring that each user action has a visible impact on their artifact.

Significant Rebranding

  1. Introduction of Stickers: Replace avatars with a blank canvas and introduce stickers as the primary means of artifact customization.

  2. Visual Upgrades: Implement stickers that can include premium options with effects such as shine and motion to enhance visual appeal.

  3. Branded Collaborations: Expand opportunities for branded collaborations, allowing for co-created sticker packs and exclusive content.

Future Features Exploration

  1. Premium Stickers: Introduce high-value stickers with special effects to increase desirability.

  2. Aging Up Old Stickers: Develop a feature where stickers can "age" or evolve over time, adding a layer of depth and history to user artifacts.

  3. Sticker Packs and Marketplace: Consider launching sticker packs for users to collect and trade, along with a marketplace to facilitate these interactions.

  4. Enhancing Branded Collaborations: Collaborate with brands to create exclusive stickers and packs, enhancing user engagement and brand visibility.
